DESCRIPTION:\nGet ready for our annual Doubles Club Champs event coming this October!\n\n\n\nBetween a demo’s and wings night, exhibition matches, entertainment and a dinner party, you will have every reason to LOVE Doubles Club Champs! A combination of fun and competition, this event is a fan favorite at Aforza. Our winners and runner-ups of each division (men’s, women’s and mixed) will be awarded trophies!\n\n\n\nIs your friend a serious foodie but doesn’t play tennis? Bring them along and tell them to bring their appetite! They can be added as a guest during registration to enjoy good eats from Chef N Farmers Restaurant.\n\n\n\nThursday Night – Demo’s and Wings night – free for event participants, $13+GST per guestSaturday (October 17th) Player Party + Dinner – free for event participants, $37+GST per guest\n\n\n\nThe format of the tournament will seed players based on their tennis ranking. Players that do not advance into the higher-level rounds, will finish facing each other in a direct elimination draw. All participants are guaranteed a minimum of three (3) matches. Scheduling requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.\n\n\n\nPlayers should be available to play on Thursday and Friday after 7 PM, and all day Saturday and Sunday (8 AM to 10 PM). \n\n\n\nThe cost to enter this event is $80 + GST per player. The entry fee includes not just participation in the tournament but also in the Demo’s & Wings night plus the Saturday Player Party + Dinner. Members enjoy an exclusive discounted registration rate of $64 + GST. Participants who register for both events will receive 50% off their second registration. This discount will be applied as a refund once registration closes.\n\n\n\nThis week will be an opportunity to celebrate community, tennis, friends and Aforza. We look forward to seeing you there!
