Tori graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in sports performance. Tori has experience coaching individuals from the ages of 4 to 84, in both group and one-on-one settings. She has worked with individuals who are at the very beginning of their fitness journey to elite athletes looking for the extra edge over their competitors.
Growing up Tori was involved in multiple sports, but her primary sport was competitive all-star cheerleading. Tori has competed at the World Championships as an athlete and taken multiple teams to National and International competitions as a coach.
Tori was introduced to CrossFit in 2015 and quickly fell in love with training, the methodology, and aspired to train with goals of competing in the sport. She continues to enjoy training to compete and discovering what she is capable of as she pursues her potential. Tori found CrossFit at a pivotal point in her life; playing a major role in shaping her mindset, goals, values, career path, and person she is today.
Tori genuinely enjoys working with youth athletes to physically and mentally develop and sharing how those skills translate not only to their sport, but everyday life. She loves seeing the confidence of her athletes grow as they gain strength, improve their physical abilities, and competency with movement. Tori strives to create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment within all her sessions.
